12 ripe figs
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
12 thinly sliced pancetta, cut in half lengthwise,
Cut the figs in half lengthwise and sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and pepper. If using pancetta,
wrap each fig half with a slice of pancetta.
Grill the figs on all sides until they are heated through and start to
Serve immediately. Great served with grilled chicken breasts.
